Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Omarator, an AI video dubbing service developed and founded by Omar Alaa. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Omarator transcribes the speech in your video, translates it with AI, generates a dubbed voice and gives you back a dubbed video, audio, subtitles and a transcript. Results are produced automatically by AI and may contain mistakes in transcription, translation, pronunciation or timing. Please review them before you publish or rely on them.

2. Your account

Please give accurate information, keep your password safe and don't share your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Your content

• Only upload, or send links to, videos that you own or have permission to use, translate and dub.
• Don't use Omarator for anything illegal, hateful or harassing, for sexual content involving minors, or to impersonate or mislead people (for example, making a real person appear to say something they did not say).
• You keep all rights to your videos. You allow us to process them only to provide the service to you.
• If you believe content on Omarator infringes your rights, email omaralaa2004@gmail.com with the details.

4. Plans and limits

• Free: up to 3 videos per 24 hours, each up to 75 minutes.
• Premium: unlimited videos per day, each up to 2 hours, for 30 days per payment ($7 or 350 EGP).
• Limits and features may change over time; the current ones are shown on the website.

5. Premium payments

• Premium is paid by manual transfer (InstaPay, Vodafone Cash or PayPal). After you submit your payment details, we confirm the payment and activate Premium, usually within a few hours.
• Each confirmed payment gives 30 days of Premium. Renewing before it ends adds 30 days to your remaining time. Premium does not renew automatically, and nothing is charged without you sending a payment.
• Premium is only activated after the payment is confirmed. If something is wrong with a payment, email omaralaa2004@gmail.com with your account email and the sender details, and we will look into it.

6. Your files

Omarator is not a storage service. Uploaded videos are deleted after about 2 hours, and dubbed results after about 24 hours. Download anything you want to keep.

7. Fair use

To keep Omarator working well for everyone, we may limit, pause or close accounts that abuse the service, for example through automated use, attempts to get around limits, or content that breaks these terms.

8. Availability

We work to keep Omarator fast and reliable, but it is provided "as is". It depends on third-party AI and hosting services, and may sometimes be slow, unavailable or unable to process a particular video.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Omarator and its founder are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including losses caused by mistakes in AI-generated results or by files that have expired.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update this page and the date below. Continuing to use Omarator means you accept the updated terms.
